Story
Palaver was founded by creatives who saw an opportunity to help technology companies build stronger, more meaningful relationships with their audiences through authentic, compelling communication and messaging.
The name “Palaver” (/pəˈlævər/) pays homage to the ancient tradition of gathering under a “palaver” tree or in a “palaver” hut to engage in extended discussions and meaningful dialogue. In these spaces, community members would come together to share ideas, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.

Inspired by these enduring traditions of communication, Palaver Labs was established to elevate the way businesses communicate with their audiences.

Core Team
Brian V. Brzezicki
Brian has spent nearly a decade crafting content for SaaS companies in the insurance industry. Along with content marketing, his expertise spans industry analyst relations, growth marketing, PR/media relations, M&A messaging, and partner marketing.
At SE2 (now Zinnia), a subsidiary of Security Benefit Life, he shaped their market position as a Life & Annuity tech player, supported two insurtech acquisitions along with product marketing, public relations, and analyst relations. With the no-code startup Innoveo, Brian significantly improved marketing-led lead generation and revenue growth across Life & Annuity (L&A) and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sectors.
Now with Palaver, he brings a unique blend of industry insight and creative thinking to clients’ content. Outside of work, Brian enjoys biking, skiing, and creating digital art.

Will Geary
Will has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2013. With extensive experience at top organizations such as Prudential, Merrill Lynch, and Transamerica, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities faced by insurance carriers, distribution partners, and policyholders.
At Transamerica, Will excelled in crafting mass marketing campaigns, significantly increasing engagement in his advisor network. He attributes this success to his diverse background, having worked as an advisor, distribution partner, and consultant in the insurance industry.
Now with Palaver, Will brings a unique blend of business acumen and innovative digital marketing strategies to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, writing music, and collaborating with the artist community in Denver.
